Richard Hearn is the Founder and Managing General Partner of Bambu Capital, bringing more than 30 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur, Fortune 500 executive, and private equity operator. He has built, scaled, and exited multiple tech-enabled services businesses and has led complex operational turnarounds across both founder-led and institutionally backed companies.

Before founding Bambu Capital, Richard served as Chief Executive Officer of FPX, an HGGC portfolio company, where he led a full operational reset and vertical repositioning of a CPQ software and tech-enabled services platform, culminating in a successful exit to TA Associates.

Earlier, he founded and led Crown Partners, a digital services firm specializing in SAP and Adobe platforms, which he scaled and exited to Publicis Groupe. He subsequently served as President of Publicis / Razorfish, leading global go-to-market transformation, and as Global GM of IBM Watson Customer Engagement, overseeing the turnaround and integration of 14 acquired software companies representing $1.3B in aggregate revenue. Richard serves as Investment Committee Chair.

Dylan Runne is a Managing Partner of Bambu Capital and a founding member of the firm's investment team. He brings a combination of entrepreneurial, operating, and go-to-market expertise developed across high-growth technology services businesses and Fortune 500 organizations.

Dylan is the Founder and CEO of Billfold Solutions, a hardware- and software-enabled payments platform serving live events and venues, which he repositioned into profitable growth. Earlier, he founded and scaled Fenom Digital, a Salesforce-focused tech-enabled services firm, to a $42M+ revenue run-rate in under four years before its strategic exit to WPP.

At WPP, Dylan served as Chief Revenue Officer for North America, leading tech-enabled commerce services transformation at global scale. He has also held go-to-market leadership roles at Accenture, integrating acquired platforms and sharpening post-acquisition execution discipline. He brings particular depth in go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and scaling delivery organizations.

Kyle Pretsch is a General Partner of Bambu Capital, bringing deep expertise in digital transformation, e-commerce, and operational scaling across both high-growth and enterprise environments.

Kyle currently serves as President and Executive in Residence at Lemonaid Health, where he is leading the retail and operational transformation of the digital pharmacy platform, having driven 30% growth within the first 90 days. Earlier, as SVP of Digital Transformation at Leslie's Poolmart, he integrated more than 20 acquisitions into a scaled public platform (NASDAQ: LESL) and drove a technology transformation exceeding $100M over three years, supporting the company's growth from $250M to an $8B IPO valuation.

Kyle has also held senior digital and omnichannel leadership roles at Lucky Brand and served as an Operating Partner at L Catterton and Leonard Green, where he built scalable operating infrastructure and financial systems across multi-location platforms. He brings particular strength in e-commerce, omnichannel strategy, and post-acquisition operational integration.
